It does have some verbiage about a promotion at the bottom. Even though it has a DL expiration date of 5/82. Trying to date the card. It shows 3 Sahara hotels at the top. The Sahara Reno was opened on 7-1-78 and was sold to Hilton on the effective date of 1-1-82. Drivers licenses were only good for 4 years back in those days. So this promotion could have happened anytime at the Sahara hotels from the dates the Reno property was open. Just my 2 cents.
