From the club web site, Doug Smith's BOD report:

"In order to accommodate numerous requests and increase attendance as well as consignment
we have decided to move the Club Auction to Thursday night.
This will also allow everyone an additional day to settle up for auction purchases and those
who leave early to pick up their purchases before they leave Vegas."

"Many people have requested Poker on Friday and because of the Auction change, we can
now accomplish this."

The BOD felt that the auction was a key ingredient in our need to have a solvent club! The poker tournament moving to Friday was a unanimous decision and although opinions are appreciated and taken into consideration we don't feel that we, "dropped the ball!"
