Chip ID Help Needed

I recently acquired this Mississippi Gold Shore $1 chip. When I compared it to the image in the chip library, I noticed this one has two different colored-sides. This one has a gold colored center on one side and a white background color on the other. In the three photos of the chip, there seems to be a hat and cane security marking visible on the gold side. My question: Is this a new chip or an error chip? This casino was short-lived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast of Biloxi, MS, being opened for less than a year. Does anyone have a chip with two different colored sides? If a new one, how do I get a number?

AJ, not real different than others, but...
Inlay could have been that color prior to printing
I did consider that to be a possibility, but...
