Re: Four Queens poker buy in Question? 1995

I had those made in Jan 1995 for the Queens Poker Classic. 2nd largest poker tournament in the world at the time.
300 made.
Also had different colored ones ones made in 1994 and 1996. 300 each.
We had a 2nd one made for the summer QPC in 1996, Bud Jones inlayed suits mold.
Also a $100 for Sept tournry in 1995.
1994 was the 1st year we used buy-in chips.
We went to using buy in chips after the WSOP used them sucessfully a couple years.

All 3 years was sold into the hobby after use. There was always a few that did not get redeemed, so we bought new ones each year.

I have never heard them called lammers. They were actually good at face value for tournament buy ins.

Those were good days in my life. 15 years at the FQ's.
I was very sad when I resigned. I had tears in my eyes as I cleaned out my desk and started a new chapter in my life.
