I picked up an old postcard folder of Tijuana. My guess is it's from the late teens or early 1920s. I can't see any post mark on the cover so I'm not sure if the partial stamp is even original. The cover shows the jockeys in an old style, standing up in the stirrups kind of racing. My question is about the photo of the Monte Carlo Club. The name indicates gambling. Is there any record of chips from there?
