Don't panic. I was having the same problem yesterday (and I'm on Vista). Never had a problem before, but yesterday it just stopped. All other sounds were fine, including other PS sounds - but not the stuff from the table.

Contact Pokerstars support and ask them how to get your default settings back. I went and changed mine manually (that'll teach 'em to mess with my sound settings).
