Odd lead token-like things from Wendover

I got these from a guy who worked at the State Line Casino in Wendover and supervised the destruction of all of the State Line chips after the place was sold to Generation 2000 and renamed to State Line Nugget. He said they came from the vault, but he didn't know what they were. They appear to be made of lead, they are very pliable and thin, and turn up around the edges sort of like a plate. There is only one of each. I suspect they have something to do with the original making of the tokens, maybe a test stamp from the original dies or something. Has anyone every seen something like this before? Do you know what they are? Do you know what they're worth?
