I have broken this into 3 posts.

1) Items we all agree we need to do
2) Items that had mixed reactions
3) Items we just cant agree with or complete

I realize that not everyone will agree with all the decisions that were made. However we DID discuss them all and just because an idea was not accepted, it does not mean that we cant consider it again at a future time.

Thanks again to all those that submitted ideas as there were LOTS of great stuff that was suggested.
