ID please? die cut inlay CC or two horseshoes?

The yellow-white chip below (CC) is a die-cut inlaid chip, not very rare at all, probably a roulette chip. I think I once saw it attributed to a club, perhaps wrongly. Any ID out there?
Thanks,
Robert
