are five chips from the President Casino New Yorker. This casino was to be located on a "cruise to nowhere" boat sailing out of New York City. The chips were made, but the gambling license was never granted, and eventually the chips were sold to the open market.

The set consists of a $1, $2.50, $5, $25 (primary rack), and a $25 (secondary rack). Both the $25s have a security dot located on the "5" in $25. Great images of NYC. Paulson H&C mold.
