I received the following info from the son of a man who was a stick man at various illegal casinos. Here is what he says:

"Thank you Travis, here is a scan of one of the chips. the lettering is green. As far as where my father worked...well, he didn't want me knowing any of his past..it was when my uncles would get together when i was a little girl and I'd hear things...like Dad was a stick man in the illegal speak easy places. I knew he lived in Windsor Ontario Canada for some time, I also heard that it was the Detroit river where he smuggled booze. I know that he travelled with my uncle jack who was a jockey...all over the states, kentucky,...etc etc. But...I couldn't tell you exactly where...I don't think gangsters gave out that info very often...sorry..humor. Anyway, i hope this scanned image helps...maybe this is really rare."
