I am sure you would need a rider and an appraisal with documentation,a s people do with jewelry valued over a certain amount. I have Sentry Insurance and they will insure a collection with a rider but I have too jump through hoops. Collectibles Insurance so far seems like the best I have found. I was hoping for another company to get a competitive bid. They will insure business inventory as well as your "hobby" collection. Also will insure a storage facility as well as in your home, it is very flexible. Although a bit pricey I think.
