From all of the submitted nominees (using chips as the eample) Casey and I will tabulate the total number of times each different chip is nominated. They are then placed into rank order, with the highest number of nominations being listed first. We then draw a line under chip number 10 and those 10 are validated by us (through different means) as being eligible for Finalist consideration.

If any chip is not eligible, it is tossed out and the next chip in line (#11 in this example) to vetted for eligibility and once we have 10, those 10 become the Finalists and are put forward to the Membership for voting. Votes are cast by each Member for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place. A 1st Place vote awards that Nominee 5 points. A 2nd Place vote is awarded 3 points and a 3rd Place vote is awarded 2 points. (A voter does NOT have to vote for all 3 Places, nor vote in all 4 OTY categories.)

So, my advice to you is: If in doubt, nominate it. The process will validate eligibility!

Also, please feel free to visually share with us your selected Nominees! Afterall, you may be placing a chip into Nomination consideration that others have not seen and the more nominations a chuip gets, the better the chances are of being in the Top Ten Finalists!!
