for sale TCB-CLA #4, 15 "P" series antique...

Getting back to my Consignment Lot offerings, aka: TheChipBoard-Consignment Lot Auctions (TCB-CLA). This auction is for a grouping of 15 antique poker chips. All are "P" series, Seymour Coded chips. Available as a group only, the bidding will start at:

$5

Bid increments may be 50¢. However, in the event that the amount increases to over $20, follow-on bids must increase at least $1 over the previous bid. Shipping (in the US) will be $1 added to the final amount. Shipping outside the US will be for actual amount.

This TCB-CLA (#4) will close this Friday (14 January) at 9:00 pm (Pacific Time).

Good luck and please feel free to ask questions!

Thanks for looking!

Jim

Rules regarding TCB-CLAs:

This is a 4th posting (in this format) in a series of auction offerings of chips I have on-consignment.

As an aid to searching, I will include this acronym into the Subject line of these offerings; "TCB-CLA" which stands for: The Chip Board - Consignment Lot Auction. I will include a sequence number for reference purposes to help keep things organized when bidding on several items and for when I need to ship.

While I intend to let these offers run for at least 36 hours, some will go to 48 hours or longer. However, when I first post a TCB-CLA it will include a deadline/close, with a date and a time. I prefer that any and all bids be public, i.e., as a Reply post to the offer, however, I will accept email bids. Such bids will be posted by me and will state the bid and who the bidder is, but such bids will only be effective once posted.

Additionally, an email bidder may ask for and remain anonymous, providing he/she asks for that anonymity in the email message. I will NOT ask if this is a condition of the bid; the bidder MUST do so on their own and in doing so, I will honor it. (I reserve the right to change this "anonymity" rule, and any other conditions of these TCB-CLA's as time goes by.)

I also reserve the right to actively participate in an auction, and if I do, it will be a publicly posted Reply bid making it perfectly clear that I am the bidder. I am reserving this right because this consignment lot has several items of interest to me that I might want to apply my commission(s) to, but I owe the consigner my best efforts to maximize his/her winnings and at the same time I do NOT want to the specter of shill bidding to be of concern to anyone.

Items won can be paid for via PayPal, or most forms of snail mail payments. I will combine shipping charges by holding items. However, in doing so, payment at the time of the win is expected within a fews days, for each win. You do NOT have to be a member to participate, but membership does have it's privileges and I will afford any and all members those courtesies as set forth in our Code of Ethics. This is not to say that non-Members will not be afforded the same courtesies, but generally speaking, Members and others that I have done business with in the past enjoy immediate shipping!

I am exploring a method of being able to offer proxy bidding, but have not created a process to offer this feature. Please feel free to offer suggestions via email. JF
