Similar to the way that M Resort was acquired by its new owners.

(FYI, the Leonard Green mentioned in the news report is a private equity company, not a person ... though named for its now-deceased founder.)

Stay tuned. This deal may or may not happen. But if it does, I hope they have the sense to not foul up what makes the Palms distinctive from a lot of the other corporate-flavored properties.
