This posting inaugurates a new "... of the Day" posting both here on the TheChipBoard.com and on the 's Message Board.

It is designed to share with Club members and collectors everywhere (on the Internet) the accumulation of the efforts, contributions and perspectives of those who participated in this to-be-repeated Project. We especially thank the labors of Steve Bedo, Membership Officer and the creative talents of Todd Barrett, Editor of the 's Award winning "Casino Chip and Token News" (CCTN) periodical. Thanks are also given to the printed calendar version advertisers, as well as everyone who purchased a copy. And lastly, thanks go to every one that submitted a paid for contribution for a date on the calendar.

It is planned that this CEOTD (Calendar Entry of the Day) happen daily and when there is no specific scan for any given date, the space will be used to promote participation in next year's calendar.

For 2011, the dates of 1, 2 and 3 Januray were not taken, but today's date reflects the following scan as a Birthday greeting from Steve Bedo to his daughter Sarah Bedo. Happy Birthday Sarah!!
