We were up there at the end of July and my wife told me the next time up she wants to stay at the Lakeside Inn. They have some small detached cabin-like rooms that looked very appealing to her.
I/we have never stayed there but I've always liked the location, and there's something a little more charming about being down the road a bit from the Stateline and the "Big Three" (Harrah's, Harvey's & what's now the Monte Bleu).
