Convention Chair, Sandi Steffner, posted a notice concerning the Convention Trade Sessions a few days ago, both on the Message Board ( http://www.ccgtcc.com/cgi-bin/bbs521/webbbs_config.pl?page=2;read=50771 ) and on this BB. Please make sure that if you intend on attending ANY trade sessions, that you follow the requirements or you will NOT be allowed to enter.

To reiterate Sandi's statement & the 's policy -- if you want to attend ANY of the -sanctioned trade sessions on Wednesday, you MUST be pre-registered as that is the ONLY way that you will be able to pick-up your badge (which is the ONLY "credential" that will allow members access to these Wednesday trade sessions). Other daily -sanctioned trade sessions will require "proof of purchase" of convention admission (usually a daily admission tag). "Credentials" will be checked at the door. These trade sessions are part of the convention experience & as such, they will included with the convention costs.
