I have the following 2 piece Club Convention Medal Sets for sale - 1994, 1995, 1996 and 1999. The 1994 set is shown below. These set all contain the Silver and Bronze medals and also the original packaging. Several years ago I took the medals out of the original holders and put them in airtite holders to protect the medals from tarnishing and staining.

These sets are available for $40.00 each delivered. As far as I know the Club does not have any of the Silver medals left for sale from these early Conventions. I believe they were returned to the manufacturer and melted down years ago.
