Michael Richter found the PRC chips I have in Florida. They were previously attributed to Saratoga only.
I got the original manufacturers delivery card from 1937, that proved they were delivered to Elite club.
PJ traveled the illegal gaming circuit that operated around the horse racing season. Good chance he used the chips in FL also. Can't prove it.

There were many illegal joints in French Lick. Chips from the joints have been hard to come by and prove. I have 111 chips from Indiana Illegals and ony 3 are French Lick.

French Lick gambling was shut down long before the Era of the illegals ended in 1961 when Bobby Kennedy closed Newport, KY. I think most French Lick illegals closed in 1949.
Estes Kefauver closed the bulk of them in 1951.
