a comment was made that Harrah's plans to issue YOT... cards each Chinese Lunar New Year for all properties noted on the back of that card. Also, your card should have the "2010" date on the reverse, does it?

I have one that a friend found at the Rio. The noted Slot Card BBS thread notes a card from Harrah's Rincon (California).
