I agree with Ed and ask the same question about Lido chips use in the CA club.
Same site has the Pacific Club chips being used in San Francisco.
Same site has the MSC hub chips being used on The Monte Carlo off shore chip, two years before they were made.
I've email the author about both ID's, No responce.
