More chips will not be made but more collectors will come on board. If the chips were scarce then they are even more scarce now. The economy should not have anything to do with how scarce a chip is. The number of collectors interested in collecting illegals however, does play a big part in the values. Besides, the stimulus package has not even kicked in yet! Just my opinion Ed.
