When a seller on Ebay post pictures of chips that are in better conditon (new) but decribed the chip in used condition
ie. not the chip you will receive and not stated so in the listing. I won a such a listing just to see what would happen.
Not much $ no big deal - Well it was not the same chip as pictured. - (condition that is) is misleading ?
