Other than the RI dummy my favorite was the NV Gaming approved computer programmer who created a coin sequence (ie. bet 2, bet 4, bet 1, bet 3 = JACKPOT) for slot machines and who figured out the "random" Keno sequence. Like most people he got greedy & was busted when his friend hit the most difficult Keno win on his first try.
