just haven't gotten it yet. The standard sized white envelope I received yesterday just had a free-floating chip in it. I thought myself lucky to get the SWEET chip that was inside! I really prefer not to witch at the seller for things like this, but it would be nice if some were more mindful of packaging. I think an envelope with sufficient padding to secure a chip(s) is fine. I receive them that way all the time.
