Every CD given out had two each of the $5's & $25's. That was another reason why the $25's were/are so hard to come by. Only 125 people ended up with them. Even less than that because Hagar ended up with more than one CD. Nobody knows how many he kept. Plus most of those people were VIP's & did not need the money, so they kept the chips instead of selling them.
