Reading the description, it sounds like one of those Nigerian email scams...all that was missing was the fact that the seller's brother was a high finance minister in the Nigerian government and wanted to wire $3,500,000.00 U.S. and was looking for someone stateside to act as agent. Maybe the holder of the chip gets that, too.
