While working with his buzz saw, Mike slipped and accidentally cut off all ten fingers. In a state of shock and in unspeakable pain, he somehow managed to get himself to the closest hospital Emergency Room.

The doctor checked him and exclaimed, "Goodness! Reattachment surgery has been known to be quite successful, but it's never been attempted in a case involving so many digits before. I am the top surgeon here though, so I will do my very best. Give me the fingers."

"That's impossible, Doc. I don't have them," replied a very upset Mike.

"What? In this day and age, with microsurgery and many other amazing techniques, you must have realized that reattachment was a strong possibility. Why did you not bring the fingers?"

"Easier said than done, Doc." Mike replied. "I couldn't very well pick the f__kin' things up, now could I?"
