Deb...I wish I knew the best/safest way to store dice sad .

We have 8-10 of the Riker cases, with inserts, that our dice are stored in. I'm not really comfortable with that, as being enclosed will intensify any problems that the dice might encounter. I would think that the Palms dice are probably manufactured out of more stable material, since they're newer...but I'm not sure.

Jeff "the Diceman" Laudeman was experimenting with some kind of chemical that's used to help preserve old films, but I don't know if anyone continued the research after Jeff passed away. I've wondered if those small packets of silica gel, that often come in shoe boxes or new purses, would do anything to help (or hurt) dice...but I've never experimented with it.
