As I said in an earlier post the other day, The US and the generosity of Americans are always first to respond with open hearts and open wallets and our reward....Having others, many of who also receive aid from the US pi$$ in our faces and tell us it's raining.

US troops are needed to coordinate, maintain order and stop looting. Nothing is perfect but as was said, someone has to take charge.
Yes, there are and will be things that go wrong but I doubt that a collection of a multitude of nations with not only language barriers but the inability to coordinate would be much worse.
