Thank you all for your help. Hotel was cheaper through the club rates directly from the hotel than I found on any combo deals with hotel/airfare. Thank you to those that arranged the lower rates. I will definitely toss my name into the kitty of volunteers as that was very good advice and a great way for me to meet other chippers. Thank you all for your posts and emails. I look forward to meeting all that are attending and hope this is my first of many conventions to come.
