I agree. That looks like the same guy. I wonder if this photo is set up for the People from LIFE Mag. I don't know about the room, but it seems like a very controlled setup. The game seems a little funny to me as well. I can't think of a reason the dealer would be giving the player chips or taking chips from his stack. It doesn't look like he needs change. They couldn't be paying him for a win because all the chips are still on the layout.
