On reserve price, most sellers will tell you. It is like a " buy it now" price but if the bidding goes over that is good for the seller.
If it goes under then the seller can talk with the bidders and get a price he will be happy with or not. I do not care for reserve
prices and if the seller will not tell me, then I will not bid.
