I was in Miami over the New Year and availed myself of the laptops in the Apple Store in Dadeland Mall, and WOW!!! I saw a basic MAC for 999.00 and with the credit options it looked like a real bargain. Here in Mexico the PC is still king but it is facing fierce competition from Apple, although the price differencial here is vast.
When I have to change my laptop I will most likely buy a MAC even with the price difference. The MACs are just so user friendly and I'm getting fed up having to restart my computer every time I move between my email and my work documents.
