I like Charleston, Tri-State, it is the newest poker room, lotsa slots, however they don't have their own hotel yet, many motels close by,though.
Wheeling Island in Wheeling is a logistical nightmare, and the area is very depressed, but their poker room is in the basement area, lower level and is very quiet, plenty of slots and a hotel.
Mountaineer in Chester is far removed from everywhere, north of Pittsburgh, in a nice country setting with a hotel, the last time I played there they still had the poker room above the racetrack grandstand area...which is a 1/4mile away from the main casino, very nice; both the poker room and hotel rooms, we stayed there once.
