The Chip Board Archive 20

PZ-WE and a nice one too...

Thanks Greg! I could not do all this by myself and I am lucky to have a great team of advanced collectors on board with this project. The collector behind the scene that is doing all this great PDF layout work is Michael "Mick" Cuddy. Mick has a similar project that he has been working on for several years. Ralph Strandwold has been a great help with the project and he has been appointed by Dale to handle new chip codes. You can read more about Ralph in the introduction to Dale's Antique Gambling Chips - Revised Edition. Roy Klein specializes in the unusual & the un-coded and he has a great eye for detail. Roy is kind of our Quality Control guy watching for type-o's and such. When Roy looks at a chip he wants to know why, when, where, and how come with the history of the chip and I do too. Jim Garrard is always filling holes with beautiful rare chips. Jim was the first person I contacted after getting permission from Dale to do this project at the ccgtcc convention last June. Rich Hanover has graciously offered the chip pictures from the pages in his great Crest & Seal web site. Rich has also been instrumental in finding out who has some of the rare "one of a kind" Crest & Seals. If Rich does not have one he usually knows where we can find one. The list of contributers is long and I just do not have the time right now to list them all but we are thankful for all the help that has been provided by all.

If I do not get to meet you before then... we will be having an Antique Chip CODE Session at the convention in June on Friday evening at 7PM in the same room as the Trade Session. See you there! grin USA
