Forgive me if this is old news. I noted with interest the approval in November for a new $1 gaming token for New York-New York, so I went in there last week to investigate. Cage cashiers knew nothing, so I spent an hour scouting the casino. I eventually found a total of 2 dollar machines that had a slot to drop a coin in. I inserted currency, and pressed "cash out", and out came the tokens. They would grade about AU in coin lingo, and of course all have a few dings from bouncing around in the hopper. One side appears to have an "OC" mintmark. I will send one to you for $3 postpaid, or, if you wish, email me, and I will pinpoint the 2 machines for you so that you can get them yourself. Not sure why they decided to do this, but I'd like to see these machines succeed.
