One Man's Necessity Is Another's Felony

Necessity has a different meaning to different people, but the law is clearly defined.

I have NO problem whatsoever with legal immigration. Someone who enters this country illegally has, with their ILLEGAL entry demonstrated that they don't give a $hit about the law of our country.

Holding these lawbreakers accountabe to THE LAW should be our OBLIGATION. Maybe it is just me, but to my way of thinking, the law is created by the necessity of THE PEOPLE. The necessity of the individual does not come first. That is why we have a law in the first place.

If tomorrow, we, as a nation decide to change the law, I'd be the first to say "WELCOME!" Until that day, anyone entering this country illegally needs to be detained and returned immediately.
