Re: Help with Cal Neva Lodge Small Token

There are two different brass tokens, Todd. There's also a sterling silver version of the first one that was part of Franklin Mint's collector set. They were made in 1969.
The brass ones were made in very large numbers, about 400,000 and are pretty common. Worth only a dollar or so.
The silver ones are scarcer and only about 2200 were made. I've seen them sell for $10 to $20.
A few years ago, someone posted on this bb that the brass tokens were dispensed from a separate tube on the side of the slot machine when a certain payoff was made. The Franklin mint description of the silver one says they were handed out to preferred customers.
