I recently received a "care package" from Ted Gottlieb, owner/developer of the Win Cards Program (Gaming International, Inc.) that included this slip of paper. While I've not asked Ted what it is, I am posting it here to ask if anyone is familiar with its existence and perhaps knows how it was used.

At first blush, it sure looks like this piece of paper was used as a NCV chip. And since I have not seen a chip associated to the Win Cards Program for the Lakeside Inn, Lake Tahoe, NV, this just might explain why.

However, this is the first I've heard of the Lakeside Inn having the Win Cards Program and it is quite possible that they did NOT have the Program there and this is just leftover from a marketing attempt to put the Program there.
