Its the Saratoga Casino

The "S" chip that you are showing belongs to the Saratoga Casino not the Saratoga Club. The Saratoga Casino was located in the city of Saratoga or so close that it was said to be in Saratoga. The Saratoga Club was across from what is now the Garden City Casino.
