This is TCR N4032.C, the 20 with the second portrait of Pappy Smith on it. I just found one uncancelled for my collection so the cancelled version is available. TCR lists the N4032.C as an M value chip. Not one of the Harold's Club chips that are common and sell for a small fraction of the uncancelled version (which has a Q value). These portrait chips date to the 1950's.
