Can anyone (non-casino folks) attend, and if so is there an admission?

Are all of the samples I am seeing just handed out like politicians hand out free ball-point pens and emery boards at my local county fair?

Do you have to chat up the booth hosts and pretend you might be a legitimate sales prospect someday, or just walk up and grab handfuls of chips laid out there for the taking?
