That's my point exactly Ross, if you need a Casino Control Commission agent one is readily available but under the current Senate proposal this would remove agents and so if you had a dispute the casino could end up tell you to go take a hike knowing that there are no regulators on property to interfere, although I should point out that this scenario is VERY VERY unlikely to happen and Michael with all due respect your right there are some very capable supervisors and managers in the casinos but then there those rare few who would take advantage of a casino patron who is not savvy on the casino regulations. I won't get into the nitty-gritty details but about 10 years ago I did witness a casino employee blatantly lying to a customer about cashing old casino chips, something obviously I am very well acquainted with since I have been collecting casino chip in both Atlantic City and elsewhere for 30+ years. I also actively follow the casino industry as an observer and investor. I stopped the customer from leaving the casino and called over a CCC agent from the booth and needless to say tthe matter was quickly dispatched.
