that said that the email sent to them WASN'T a phishing attempt. I think is their stock reply. I didn't see anything that asked you to log in on that email. Looked like them sending a newsletter. Paypal puts your name on their emails, and I personally find it unlikely that a phisher would have put each person's name on each email they sent. Just my opinion.
