Harrahs is going to take Caesars public for something like $600 Million. I have no idea what percentage Harrahs will keep for themselves but I am pretty sure that they are not giving away Caesars for anywhere near that price. Heck that doesn't even cover the cost of the parking garage. Here is a link:
