I'd like to say, In my uneducated opinion, there is a slight variation between them. The chip on top has bold print and the one on the bottom has fine print. I had originally intended NOT to include my opinion about the variation but wanted to see what others thought. The other fine/bold print variants I had are posted in lot 12. Thanks Tim!
