not very satisfied, not that it will make any difference. I use a "satellite" branch that's in the back of a stationery store. It's a one man operation & this guy is GREAT compared to the lazy, stupid idiots in the main branch who know nothing & do even less. Last weekend, several of us standing in line were laughing so hard at this one customer that was being waited on. Elderly gent who was telling the PO employee that he wished that they would put more of the automated postage machines in the lobby because they were smarter, more efficient & friendlier than the "live" employees. I about peed my pants when the postal employee couldn't answer the question & the old man asked if he should go out to the lobby & ask the machine.

When he was finished, we wondered if his registered letter was even going to make it out of the post office
