Thanks Sheldon for inviting me to speak and perform at your club meeting tonight. It was truly an honor and great fun for me!

I met many wonderful people, learned a bit, laughed a lot, and had an opportunity to spout on and on about my El Rey Club research. Apologies if I went too long.

I truly hope those in attendance will think of me first if they have an item to sell or trade (before going to eBay) and know that I treat anyone interested in getting El Rey items for their own collections fairly.

I'm even more hopeful people will spread the word about my book research and help me to shake loose some of the stories and information that is still buried among the memories of some long-time Nevadans.

And did I forget to mention...I'm an entertainer and do private events? What can I say? I need work. lol

I'm looking forward to getting out there again and meeting more people. Please keep me informed of your monthly gatherings. Should you ever want me back as speaker again, I'd be happy to come out anytime. Lord knows there are so many stories I didn't get to mention this time around.
